Overview All Source Identity and Network Intelligence Analyst Location: Charlottesville, VA Clearance: Active TS/SCI We are seeking an analyst with the relevant skills and experience required to provide our Client with Identity Intelligence (I2) and Network Analysis tailored to a unique Science & Technology oriented mission. The successful candidate will provide network and identity centric research, writing, and databasing, in close coordination with Government technical staff. Responsibilities * Fuse viable all-source intelligence information as well as structured and unstructured identity data to build people/organization-centric profiles and networks products that support published analytical assessments. * Conduct metadata analysis, link analysis, and all source intelligence analysis to determine organizational centers of gravity and develop lead for collectors. * Coordinate with multiple agencies to build, populate, and link consumer-facing databases and repositories. * Assist client with drafting written assessments and requests for information from deployed forces and policymakers. Qualifications * Be a self-starter, capable of presenting new ideas and solutions for a team. * Bring an understanding of DoD and Army organization, structure, and mission. * Possess working experience with exploiting the most current IC analytical tools, systems and databases. Demonstrated capabilities include independently conducting the following tasks: o Quickly triage relevant State, Non-state, geopolitical, military, and science & technology related information from classified and unclassified data. o Develop link analysis products from available reporting and metadata. o Build and populate consumer-facing databases and repositories. o Contribute to or draft assessments for policy-level consumers using logical argumentation that employs existing Intelligence Community Directives on analytical integrity, tradecraft and production standards. Past experience should involve two or more of the following: All-Source Intelligence, Biometric and Identity Intelligence (I2), Open-Source Intelligence, Cyber Intelligence, Counterintelligence, Human Intelligence, Signals Intelligence, CT or Special Operations Targeting, Science & Technology, Counter-proliferation, Weapons of Mass Destruction. Required: * Bachelor's degree * 5 or more years of experience * Analyst must hold a current TS/SCI clearance and be able to obtain a DoD Common Access Card and No- Escort facility badge at Client site.
