Job Title: Chemical Manufacturing Operator

Job Type: Full-Time

Reports to: Production Supervisor

Job Summary: The Chemical Manufacturing Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting chemical production equipment and processes. This role plays a key part in ensuring the efficient and safe manufacturing of chemicals, adhering to strict quality standards, and complying with health, safety, and environmental regulations. The operator will work closely with production teams to maintain smooth operations and meet production goals.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Operate chemical manufacturing equipment, such as reactors, mixers, pumps, and filtration systems, according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Monitor process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rates) using control systems and adjust settings as needed to ensure efficient production.
  • Handle raw materials and chemicals, ensuring correct quantities and mixing procedures are followed.
  • Perform routine inspections of equipment, identifying any mechanical or process issues and escalating them for resolution.
  • Collect samples for quality control testing and report any deviations from product specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities, process adjustments, and product output in logs and databases.
