Campbell's is looking for Finance Interns who will apply their analytical skills and financial acumen to support key processes across the department. These interns will contribute to the Accounting, Audit or FP&A functions, depending on their assignment, by delivering insights in areas such as financial reporting, financial planning and audit assessments, while also participating in projects involving financial analysis, operational efficiency and effectiveness, financial systems, and data management improvements.

These positions will report to managers within the Finance Function depending on the specific internship role. Most roles are located at our Camden, NJ headquarters, with one exception, which offers the opportunity to be based at one of our domestic plant locations (i.e., North Carolina, Ohio or Pennsylvania). Campbell's operates a hybrid work environment with 3 days a week in the office and 2 days remote. No travel is required but may be optional depending on project needs.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with teams and cross-functional business partners to provide meaningful insights and contribute to business operations.

  • Prepare and analyze financial and/or operational data, identify trends, draw appropriate conclusions and provide recommendations or corrective action plans

  • Conduct analysis to evaluate business processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

  • Assist with various day-to-day finance and accounting tasks, such as reporting, variance analysis, and/or audit procedures

  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships across the team and organization, fostering a collaborative work environment

Who We Are Looking For

The qualified candidate will have:

  • A strong analytical mindset, capable of utilizing data and analytics to identify trends and draw meaningful conclusions

  • Effective communication skills to influence, build relationships and collaborate with team members across various levels of the organization

  • A proactive work ethic, able to take initiative in managing tasks, escalate questions / issues promptly, and ensure timely follow-through

  • Strong organizational skills, a high-level attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple workstreams

  • Motivation to improve tools, processes, and templates to drive efficiencies

  • A willingness to improve oneself by soliciting feedback from others

  • A desire to be a team player by actively seeking new projects and opportunities to contribute to and support the overall success of the team

  • A candidate currently pursuing a Business degree (Accounting, Business Analytics / Data Analytics, Economics, Finance or Management Information Systems), with a strong preference for a Data Analytics background; this can include a concentration (i.e., major, minor, etc.) or substantial coursework in data analytics A candidate maintaining a minimum GPA of 3.0

  • A candidate who exhibits a basic understanding and experience with financial statements and financial planning, as well as demonstrates their ability to integrate data-driven decision-making into finance-related roles

  • A candidate who demonstrates proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, as well as experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, and data analytics tools such as Power Query, Alteryx or other relevant software

  • Must be a Rising Senior or Graduate student graduating in May 2026
