Position Overview We are seeking a highly strategic Senior Director to lead the optimization of our OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) network, preventive maintenance (PM) strategies, and PM calendar management across 23 manufacturing facilities. This role will drive network-wide standardization and ensure the integration of Subject Matter Expert (SME) contributions into maintenance practices. Key Accountabilities OEM Network Optimization:

Qualifications
Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $146,000-$209,900Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
