IT ERP Solutions Engineer Responsibilities: Leading the design, implementation or delivery of processes, implementation of delivery processes, programs and policies Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions. Works independently; receives minimal guidance. May lead projects or project steps within a broader project or have accountability for ongoing activities or objectives. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Build Workday integration and technical solutions to meet the functional and non-functional requirements of the business. Manage data analysis and data integration of disparate systems. Interpret and solution functional requirements with Workday technology solutions. Provide problem-solving expertise and complex analysis of data to develop quality integration and solution designs. Collaborate successfully with system users, internal clients, and developers. Communicate effectively via oral and written means. Must work independently and also work well in a team environment, showing the ability to share knowledge and mentor others.
