Position Summary:

Direct Supply is building the future of healthcare technology with industry-leading products, solutions and platforms to help improve the lives of millions of seniors and those who care for them.

In the Regional Facilities Manager position, you'll oversee financial performance, large project procurement, and quality control within your assigned territory. You'll develop and maintain relationships with facility, regional, and corporate-level clients in the Senior Living industry, with a focus on growing TELS Building Services. Your role includes driving technical sales, managing corporate customer rollouts, supporting the service provider network, and resolving in-market issues. Drawing on your experience in building trade services or facility management, you'll execute company strategy and deliver outstanding results.

What You'll Do and Impact:

  • Build and maintain long-term business relationships with key contacts at facility, regional, and corporate levels for existing and prospective TELS Building Services customers.

  • Lead the execution of TELS Building Services rollout schedules and corporate customer initiatives by collaborating with the TELS and DSI teams to meet customer needs.

  • Assess market conditions and customer needs to identify and maximize service sales opportunities, providing value through technical knowledge of building trade services.

  • Assist in resolving customer and service provider issues, ensuring satisfactory outcomes.

  • Collaborate with the TELS team to qualify, scope, and close large/capital project sales opportunities ($25K+), assisting with proposal preparation and presentations.

  • Identify new business opportunities and follow up on dispatch, quoted, and recurring service needs.

  • Coordinate with TELS/DSI sales teams to align on opportunities and activities.

  • Provide strategic direction and support on key customer accounts.

  • Travel with TELS/DSI sales teams as a subject matter expert on building trade services.

  • Demonstrate the value of the TELS Platform to customers (TELS Platform experience preferred but not required).

  • Assist with managing the service provider network, including identifying new partners and driving accountability for service standards in collaboration with operations and sourcing teams.

Experience:

  • Extensive expertise in HVAC, plumbing, general contracting, or electrical trades, with experience in supervisory, estimating, project management, or account management roles.

  • 5+ years of proven success in B2B technical sales within the building trade services industry, with a strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Ability to travel by car and/or plane up to 40%

  • Valid, unexpired driver's license with satisfactory driving record

Additional Items of Interest:

  • 7+ years of experience in facilities management, preferably in Senior Living, with a proven track record in plant operations, capital plan execution, and managing multiple projects across various buildings.

  • Strong background in coordinating with contractors or third-party providers, with experience in the building trade services or mechanical trades.

  • Experience leading teams at a market or regional level.

  • Willingness to relocate is a plus, but not required.
