Incumbent will complete studies on GeoMx Spatial transcription profiling of human lung tissue, and work with a post-doc to complete a manuscript for submission for publication based on this work. Additionally, incumbent will complete molecular studies of PTPN14 human variants and their effects on TAZ and SMAD signaling with the goal of submitting a second manuscript on short stature syndrome within the year. Incumbent will also take on Lab Manager duties that include attending Lab Manager meetings, maintenance of lab inventories, interfacing with EH and S, and managing the upkeep of a safe and tidy lab by undertaking housekeeping duties and/or delegating these to other lab members. Incumbent will assist PI with grant writing and will be encouraged to submit independent grant proposals to fund their own position. Required Qualifications:
