Medica's Director of Self-Funded & Stop Loss Products is a leader in driving product strategy, innovation, cross functional collaboration, and subsequent implementation to position Medica's self-insured employer group health plan products for success with brokers and employers. This leader is responsible for developing Medica's health plan product portfolio, leveraging internal and external capabilities to establish a value story which differentiates Medica from its competitors. Key Accountabilities:
Our Director will lead the strategic planning and execution of self-insured employer group health plan products, aligning with company goals and market demands and oversee the entire product life cycle, including market research, product design, development, implementation, and ongoing performance analysis. In addition, this leader will manage daily fundamentals of self-insured product management and stop loss insurance to drive go-to-market strategies for existing and new products/services. Skills and Abilities:
The full salary range for this position is $124,600 - $213,600. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for incentive plan compensation in addition to base salary.
