Analyst, Production Support, Capital Markets
JLL is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join the Investment Advisory Team within JLL Capital Markets as an Analyst. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing strategic real estate solutions to clients, conducting market research, and assisting in financial analysis. This Analyst role will concentrate on the land and development services platform with critical involvement in every stage of a transaction, including tracking potential opportunities and market information, financial underwriting, preparation of client proposals and offering memorandums, market research, term sheet and LOI negotiation, due diligence, and closing. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and market trends. Prepare financial models, valuations, and feasibility studies. Collaborate with the Capital Markets team to develop comprehensive client presentations, investment proposals, and client packages. Assist in due diligence processes and support transaction execution. Stay informed about industry developments, regulations, and market conditions. Maintain key land and development databases tracking potential opportunities, deals on market, and comparable sales. Maintain detailed permit and fee analyses for major Colorado cities/counties. Aggregate and share critical market information and public policies impacting new development opportunities. Participate in client presentations and meetings. Perform ad-hoc administrative work supporting the production team. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, or a related field is preferred. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling using Excel. Experience with GIS software and public data aggregation. Experience working on permit/fee calculations for new development opportunities. Ability to be an independent worker with a team player attitude. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently. Knowledge of capital markets and real estate investment principles. Strong writing skills with ability to communicate analytical and marketing data effectively. Experience: 1-3 years of previous experience in a financial analyst role, preferably within the real estate or capital markets industry. Familiarity with investment analysis tools and software, including Excel, Argus, and Salesforce. Environment: This role is in-office based and is located in Downtown Denver, Colorado. |
