Pay: $45,000/yr - $100,000/yr

1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Overtime

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Occupational Safety, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on safety programs or compliance preferred
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations and other safety-related standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems
  • Certification in safety (e.g., OSHA 30-hour, Safety Professional) or HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.


Job Duties: The Human Resources and Safety Coordinator will oversee our company's HR operations, specifically focusing on developing and managing our safety program. This role is responsible for ensuring that safety protocols are implemented and followed across all departments while handling various HR functions such as recruitment, training, and employee relations.
