Be a part of a team driven to innovate and transform in order to deliver world-class products and services that provide joy through mobility. Responsibilities: Answering 30-40 inbound calls daily from different component groups such as Hybrid, Powertrain, Electrical, Body, and Chassis Providing diagnostic and troubleshooting tips and resolution to dealership technicians Updating and escalating cases to Tier II personnel, product engineers, and Field Technical Specialists on product quality concerns and issues Assist in shadowing and mentoring new hire Tier I.
