As a Brand Manager Pepperidge Farm Frozen Bakery, you will be responsible for taking charge of one of our portfolio gems ($200MM+ annual retail sales) and charting the next chapter in its success story. Specific responsibilities include continuing to strengthen the consumer proposition, developing the annual plan, delivering the business plan, partnering with communications teams to establish our voice in the market and identifying and executing innovation opportunities to bring to life the best additions to our lineup. What you will do... This role will have full P&L responsibility leading the cross functional business teams, partnering with Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, Sales Strategy & Planning and Integrated Marketing to effectively commercialize and execute plans with excellence. This is a high autonomy role that reports directly to the Vice President, Bakery & Cookies. Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $144,200-$207,200Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
