Position Summary At CUFC, our registered nurses are highly valued members of the clinical team, working closely with their doctors and care coordinators to provide personalized and compassionate fertility care at the very highest levels. Reporting directly to the Nurse Manager the IVF Coordinator assists physicians with patient care, health education/promotion, electronic medical record (EMR) chart management, coordination of patient care, and clinical protocols as needed. This experienced IVF Coordinator's duties will include, but are not limited to, medication/immunization administration, point of care testing (POCT), clinical information abstraction, and patient education that can be done in person, via our patient portal, or by phone. The IVF Coordinator will work closely with multiple providers as well as other clinical and administrative staff to deliver an excellent patient experience that contributes to positive health outcomes for patients and a work culture that represents our values. This nursing position will serve as a key member of the patient care team. The IVF Coordinator will participate in or lead health initiatives within the department/unit to address healthcare gaps and promote positive health outcomes for patients. At this senior level, the IVF Coordinator may be asked to travel to site locations to train staff or review processes with staff, providers, and managers Responsibilities
