Inova Fairfax Medical Campus is looking for a RN Clinical Educator Nursing to join our Procedural team. This position will support GI, Acute Pulmonary Labs, Apheresis and Saville Procedural. Integrates theoretical knowledge, evidence-based principles and clinical nursing expertise into educational experiences for both new and experienced team members. Prepares annual self-development plans, sets professional goals and seek opportunities for achieving them. Contributes to quality and safety initiatives across the organization. Requirements: Hours: full-time, M-F (regular office hours, with some flexibility as needed based on department needs) Location: Inova Fairfax Medical Campus Education: Master's Degree in Nursing, HealthCare, Education and/or other relevant field Experience: 2 years of progressive experience in nursing in designated specialty; 3 months of experience serving as preceptor Certification: BLS from the American Heart Association; Specialty Certification in area related to unit's clinical scope within one year of hire; Licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse About Inova Health System We are Inova, Northern Virginia's leading nonprofit healthcare provider.
