Compensation Range:

Anticipated Base compensation rate is in the range of $177,699.00 - $201,118.00 / Year depending on qualifications and experience.

Expectations:

The Executive Director of Facility Services is responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and care for all of the Huntington Health enterprise's buildings and grounds. Provides departmental direction relative to all aspects/activities that ensure the attainment of department and enterprise goals, which ultimately assist in maintaining the built environment and achieving favorable enterprise operating results. This position is also responsible/accountable as a critical facilities liaison for the enterprise facility master plan. This position requires flexibility of hours.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, structural or civil engineering required.

EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
Minimum 10 years of related experience to include major hospital construction projects.

SKILLS:
Must possess good interpersonal skills.
