Directly responsible for promotion and positioning of Loveland technologies with all stakeholders including division management, retail sales consultants, and grower customers in the assigned territories. This role will support the Nebraska division.

What you will do:

Achieve annual sales goals through various sales tactics, including:



  • Routinely makesales calls with key account reps, crop consultants and other key territory stake holders.
  • Preparean annual strategic plan outlining new growth opportunities.
  • Forecastannual sales targets per product in respective territory.
  • Workclosely with distribution management and sales teams to support, influence, monitor and drive sales.
  • Providemarketing and agronomic information to support the proper positioning of Loveland products.
  • Serveas a primary technical resource on all Loveland products and cropping systems within designated area.
  • SellLoveland portfolio and technology benefits to sales teams and grower customers.


  • Deliveroutstanding customer service by solving problems and creating solutions.
  • Advisegrowers and crop advisors on using Loveland products to improve plant health, crop yield and profitability.
  • Coordinateand collaboratewith technical resources and key sales stakeholders to build product confidence by leveraging Loveland product trials, field days and field demonstrations.
  • Develop marketing support strategies, product positioning, presentations, and technical support as needed.
  • Interpret analytical data, like soil tests, to support and drive Loveland technology sales and adoption.



What you will bring:




  • Bachelor's degree required; preferrably in agronomy, chemistry, plant science, agriculture, or other related fields. Experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
  • 6+years of experience required; preferrably in all aspects of developing and maintaining sales activities, marketing strategies and customer services in the crop input industry.
  • Requires a strong industry network in the agriculture space.
  • Ability to work irregular hours as needed, including, but not limited to early morning, evenings and occasional nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Extensive motor vehicle travel is necessary.
  • Frequent out of state travel is required. Travelmayrequire overnight stay(s).
