This is where you and your skills come in. We're currently looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with go-to-market teams who will be highly visible in driving world-class forecasting, planning, and insights for the business. The FP&A team works closely with the CFO and senior executives to plan the business and allocate budget and resources to the company's strategic initiatives. Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic advisor to GTM leadership, including Sales, Marketing and Product teams, providing data - driven insights and financial guidance to optimize revenue growth and achieve financial objectives

  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, offering insights and driving strategic initiatives

  • Develop and deliver compelling financial narratives on KPIs such as sales, recurring revenue, and commissions

  • Continuously refine financial and operational metrics, analytics, including UE and pricing for new products and initiatives

  • Build and maintain sophisticated financial models that incorporate key business drivers, supporting strategic planning and revenue growth acceleration

  • Perform account-level variance analysis that drives business insight and frames financial risks and opportunities; present findings to management

  • Develop repeatable business, operational and financial processes, partnering closely with the GTM accounting team to identify key areas of improvement for maximum efficiency

  • Perform and support ad-hoc reporting/analysis requests. Support corporate initiatives and reporting

To succeed in this role, you must have experience in:

  • BS in Accounting/Finance, related field, or equivalent experience

  • Prior experience: 5 to 6 years in an FP&A role at a public SaaS company

  • Exceptional quantitative and financial modeling with high proficiency in Excel G-Suite applications

  • Ability to thrive and multi-task in a rapidly evolving, fast-paced environment

  • Strong project management skills and proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives across a breadth of team members

  • Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills with the ability to build relationships

  • Built strong, collaborative relationships with key team members to drive operational efficiency

  • Roll-up-the-sleeves attitude and ability to adapt quickly to changes in business priorities and conditions

If you are hired in Belmont, California, the compensation range for this position is between $77,350 and $110,500 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
