Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Spiritual Counselor to support individuals facing challenges such as addiction, homelessness, and other life struggles. In this role, you will provide spiritual counseling, develop rehabilitation plans, and help our beneficiaries on their journey toward healing and self-sufficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth spiritual assessments and counseling sessions. - Facilitate individual and group counseling, including interactive journaling. - Design and manage personalized rehabilitation plans, collaborating with community agencies as needed. - Monitor and evaluate beneficiaries' progress, adapting plans as necessary. - Maintain accurate and timely case notes in our Service Point database. - Participate in training and workshops to enhance your skills and support our mission. What We're Looking For: - Previous counseling experience preferred. - A strong desire to guide others on their spiritual journey. - A personal testimony of faith and commitment to service. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to address inquiries effectively. - Intermediate computer skills for data entry and management.
