We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our COE team at JLL. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day business operational functions including: supporting people experience and onboarding, proactively reviewing and measuring business metrics to drive process improvements, efficiency gains, and drive business growth, supporting the delivery of strategic business initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team. The Program Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage business intelligence tools, ensure compliance with regulations, and identify opportunities for technology integration to enhance operational efficiency.
This position requires a strong combination of technical skills, organizational abilities, and a client-focused mindset. General Operational Support: Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication to ensure program / project deliverables are met. Identify process inefficiencies and provide feedback to the Risk & Compliance Lead to collaborate and develop strategies to enhance productivity, optimize operations, streamline workflows, and reduce costs. Provide proactive support to stakeholders in achieving account goals. Establish and maintain comprehensive knowledge repositories and resources. Collaborate with stakeholders to collect content, insights, and success stories. Monitor and manage the Compliance mailbox Other tasks as deemed necessary People Experience Support: Collaborate with the R&C Lead to ensure L&D initiatives are properly implemented. Support the onboarding process, ensuring Truist Account L&D Onboarding and JLL Onboarding systems and best practices are being implemented and completed. Assist with developing and educating new team members on compliance policies and procedures, promoting a comprehensive understanding of requirements. Access Management Support: Support Fieldglass access, badging access/changes and network access. Effectively support access to client locations and networks. This involves coordinating with stakeholders (IT Department, Facility Managers, and Client) to ensure secure and reliable connectivity. Utilize business intelligence tools to drive data-informed decision-making and partner with keystakeholders for improvement opportunities. Review operational performance and work with Risk & Compliance Lead to identify areas for improvement. Risk & Safety Support: Support incident reporting policies and escalate as needed. Review and support Health, Safety, Security, Environmental (HSSE) programs to ensure appropriate compliance. Assist in document compilation for external audit. Conduct an initial review to identify any potential findings before submission to third-party. Qualifications: Computer skills and extensive knowledge of Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Sharepoint) Bachelor's degree preferred Up to 2 years relevant experience Strong time management skills and ability to operate under demanding deadlines Ability to collaborate across many levels High-level of attention to detail and accuracy and ability to make effective decisions and solve problems Strong organization, analytical, and coordination skills |
