As a Maintenance Technicianyou will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives! Primary Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance activities, such as cleaning, lubricating, adjusting, and aligning machine parts. Test, troubleshoot, and repair machines and equipment to ensure proper operation. Order and install replacement parts as needed. Conduct preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and other systems to reduce downtime. Evaluate equipment and systems to identify areas for improvement and recommend upgrades to enhance performance. Perform failure analysis on equipment, diagnosing the root cause of issues and implementing corrective actions. Document maintenance procedures and modifications through detailed technical reports. Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Qualifications Proven experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in manufacturing. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems. Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints. Knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
