Summary Save the Children is an outspoken champion for every last child. In 2014, we founded Save the Children Action Network (SCAN), a separate 501(c)(4) to be the political voice for kids. Together, we work to deliver and inspire programming and advocacy for children in 120 countries, including those right here in the United States. As a result, U.S. policymakers look to Save the Children as the leading expert on childhood, both here at home and abroad. Save the Children is seeking a Lead Associate, Finance & Operations to support the Policy, Advocacy, & Campaigns (PAC) and Save the Children Action Network (SCAN) teams. In this role, you will report to the Senior Advisor, Finance & Operations and will be responsible for financial accounting entries, award management, timesheet adjustments, tracking budget vs. actuals, monitoring incoming revenue donations, and performing financial data analyses as needed. The salary ranges listed above are for US based candidates. For candidates located outside of the US, salary ranges will be based on the salary scales of the local employer of record. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, base salary of internal peers, business sector, and geographic location (more information on job structure is available here).
