The Researching Engineering, Design and Educational Systems (REDES) team within Cornell University's Robert Frederick Smith School of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering (CBE) is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Postdoctoral Associate in Engineering Education. The REDES team works on projects that examine and transform the interconnections, structures, and transition points that are critical to creating inclusive learning and work systems within engineering. The postdoctoral scholar will collaborate with Professor Alexandra Coso Strong on work in two areas: (1) examining and supporting faculty pursuing educational innovation in engineering and (2) exploring the learning experiences of graduate students in engineering. In addition, the postdoctoral associate will join a diverse and supportive group of discipline-based education researchers across the Cornell University campus.
