POSITION SUMMARY:

River Oaks Hospital is seeking a dynamic and talented MENTAL HEALTH TECHNICIAN FULL Time DAY SHIFT to assist and take direction from the unit RN in the care of patients; participate in patient and family teaching and works cooperatively with other patient care personnel while maintaining a high level of quality service to patients of all ages found within the scope of services.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree in a related field or related experience in psychiatric field preferred.
• Ability to work with others in a team environment.
• Previous experience in a psychiatric hospital or related human service field preferred.
• DAY SHIFT - 7:00 am - 7:30 pm, 3 shifts per week, alternating weekends
