Case Manager - Behavioral Health - MSW. Peachford Hospital is a 246-bed, acute care psychiatric hospital located in Dunwoody. We provide inpatient care for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, in addition to partial hospitalization and other outpatient programs. Peachford has been providing compassionate care since 1973. Nearly 10,000 patients receive seek treatment here every year. We are searching for a full time day shift Master's prepared Case Manager/Social Worker/MSW. What Role Will You Play? Social Services Case Managers are part of an interdisciplinary treatment team charged with providing quality therapeutic and case management services to our patients from admissions to discharge. Case Managers are empowered to assess their patient's needs using their own personal style, while delivering superior quality care.
