Overview
Now hiring a Remote Supervisor Quality Improvement and Accreditation! This position is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the Quality Improvement and NCQA Accreditation program managers. It will provide leadership for complex multi-departmental clinical and business programs supporting Quality Improvement and Accreditation initiatives, programs and regulatory compliance. Coaches, mentors and leads team to ensure accreditation and regulatory requirements are met and clinical and fiscal targets are achieved. Directly reports to the Manager of Quality PHP. Ideal Candidate: Bachelors degree in Business, Nursing, Healthcare, or related field plus two years direct experience building, developing, coaching and mentoring teams across multiple disciplines. 6 years of additional experience can be substituted in lieu of degree. 4 years of application specific experience.
Qualifications
Essential:
- Experience in the healthcare/managed care industry with a focus on regulatory compliance and/or auditing required.
- Program management experience in the areas of NCQA accreditation and/or HEDIS/CMS Star performance measurement systems required
Preferred:
- Masters degree in Business, Nursing, Healthcare, or related field.
- Certificate or Licensure in Case Management, Social Work, or Nursing
Education Essential: Bachelor Degree Preferred:
- Masters degree in Business, Nursing, Healthcare, or related field.
- Certificate or Licensure in Case Management, Social Work, or Nursing
- Certified Professional in Health Care Quality (CPHQ)
Responsibilities
- This position includes all of but not limited to the following tasks/functions:
- In collaboration with the Director/Executive Director, and Manger, supervises the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of specific clinical & quality programs ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.
- Responsible for directing and delegating day to day operations of staff
- Responsible for creating resolutions to employee issues
- Implementing program expectations
- Implementing prioritized focus for team, based on data
- In conjunction with Manager will participate in interviewing, hiring, coaching, performance feedback.
