Artificial Intelligence Software Developer

Key Role:

Create and improve artificial intelligence tools for digital modeling products. Apply specific functional knowledge, including working or general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance, and review or guide activities of more junior employees.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience designing software solutions to meet client requirements
  • 3+ years of experience with full-stack development, including front-end in JavaScript, TypeScript, or React, and back-end in Node.js or RESTful APIs
  • Experience with RAG technologies and LLM frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex, LLM model registries such as Hugging Face, and embedding models and vector databases
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in CS, or a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience working with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
  • Experience utilizing DevOps tools such as GitHub Actions, to build and manage CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with software architecture in the development of microservices
  • Top Secret clearance

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
