Quality Auditor- WPPG

The Quality Auditor is responsible for assisting the Quality Department with ensuring quality standards are understood and met using appropriate auditing practices. This person must have strong verbal and written communication skills. A Quality Auditor effectively uses precision instruments daily. They also are required to be able to read and understand detailed information contained on approved Marvin prints. Quality Auditors are also responsible to train production associates on quality subject matters (i.e. prints & specifications).

The WPPG Quality Auditor is responsible for completing audits and inspections on wood parts, as they are manufactured, to ensure the quality requirements are being met. Duties can extend into data collection of key process parameters and assisting Quality Engineers and Technicians with capability studies and trials.

Perform designated audits to audit plan, written or understood, including processes, tooling, audits, calibrations and part inspections.
• Communication of quality results through established channels.
• Maintain records and ensure accurate and timely documentation of audit results.
• Assist with duties compatible with the Quality Department
• High School degree

Schedule: 5:00am - 3:30pm M-Th, Overtime as needed
