Medica's Strategic HR Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor to business leadership regarding people, organizational, cultural, and capability implications of business strategy. In addition, our Strategic HR Business Partner will effectively influence and lead organizational change initiatives. This role is responsible for aligning 'people' strategies to business and growth strategies, partnering with business leaders and HR Centers of Excellence. The incumbent will be able to identify capability gaps in current workforce and set strategy to help address business needs. Key Accountabilities:
As a change leader, this role will have the opportunity to create and implement effective strategies to ensure smooth transitions to new processes, models and structures and partner with our HR teams as needed. Our Strategic HR Business Partners also proactively assesses data, identify trends, operational gaps, and areas of opportunity, and provide actionable insight to business leaders. Qualifications:

This position is an Office role, which requires an employee to work from the designated office, Minnetonka, on average, 2+ times per week. The full salary range for this position is $108,400 - $185,900. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.
