The Corporate Information Services Department is seeking a dynamic and talented Application Analyst II - Workday HCM.

The Application Analyst II - Workday HCM will play a critical role in the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Workday HCM system. This role involves advanced collaboration with HR and IT teams to ensure the system meets complex business needs and enhances HR processes.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Configures and maintains Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Compensation, Talent Management, and Absence Management.
  • Collaborates with HR and IT teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements.
  • Provides technical support and troubleshooting for Workday HCM issues.
  • Develops and maintains comprehensive system documentation, including process flows and user guides.
  • Conducts regular system audits to ensure data integrity, compliance, and optimal performance.
  • Trains end-users and junior analysts on Workday HCM functionalities and best practices.
  • Stays up to date with Workday releases and new features and recommend strategic improvements.
  • Participates in system upgrades and testing activities.
  • Analyzes and reports on system performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field required.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience working with Workday HCM required.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Workday HCM modules.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Workday certification is a plus.
  • Experience in leading projects and mentoring junior team members is preferred.

Travel Requirements: Minimal, up to 10% travel (depending on projects)
