Are you a visionary leader with a passion for driving IT excellence? We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Infrastructure and Service Operations to join our global team - and work directly for Belron. In this critical role, you will oversee and manage our extensive IT operations landscape, ensuring stability, security, and scalability while fostering continuous improvement and innovation.

A Brief Overview

This is a critical role for Belron, and demands strategic oversight and cohesive management of our extensive IT operations landscape. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans for IT infrastructure, service delivery, and operations excellence. Leading a high-performing team across multiple countries, you will ensure the stability, security, and scalability of our IT environment while driving continuous improvement and innovation. The appointed leader will steer areas encompassing global change & release management, service design and transition, major incident & problem management, global IT networks, IT cloud & hosting, digital workplace experience, and IT support services. The successful candidate will champion the delivery of leading-edge, efficient IT services, perfectly aligned with Belron's strategic ambitions and the forefront of technology advancements.

What you will do

  • Strategic Leadership: Architect and execute a unified strategy for global IT operations, meticulously aligning them with overarching Belron business objectives.
  • Global Vision: Formulate and implement a comprehensive strategic vision for global IT infrastructure and service operations, propelling innovation and superior operational performance.
  • Best Practices Advocacy: Advocate and instill global ITSM and ITIL best practices throughout the organization to elevate service delivery quality and efficiency.
  • Cloud and Digital Workplace: Lead the strategic direction for global IT cloud services, hosting strategies, and the development of a cutting-edge digital workplace.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate a large, diverse team across multiple countries, fostering collaboration and driving high performance.
  • Performance Tracking: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of global IT services and operations.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with global IT infrastructure and operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10+ years Relevant experience
  • Willing and able to travel internationally 50% of the time (as needed)
  • US Applicants: Must live in the Eastern Time zone due to UK working hours
