This position is an exciting opportunity and will provide invaluable work experience in a growing company.

This position is for a Summer 2025 internship which will last approximately 12 weeks.

What you will do:



  • Help test new soil or foliar applied products in lab and or greenhouse conditions.
  • Learn about how the scientific method is applied for practical results.
  • Work with experienced industry scientists to complete an individual research project.
  • Duties will include weighing soil, transplanting seedlings, applying treatments, analyzing results, and preparing a final presentation of your findings.



What you will bring:



  • Currently pursuing a Bachelors' or Graduatedegree in Plant Science, Soil Science, Agronomy, or equivalent related program with a graduation date of Aug 2025or later.



Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly Range $19.72 - $27.09/hour. This range is estimated for an Intern, Plant Science in the State of California. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

We provide an attractive benefits package that includes catastrophic coverages including life, accidental death and dismemberment, and business travel accident insurance for a position of at least three months in duration and more than 30 hours per week. Our benefit package also demonstrates our culture of care with paid sick days and holidays as well as an Employee and Family Assistance Program. A Student or Intern role does not participate in any retirement savings or incentive programs. Nutrien will comply with benefit and retirement regulations, as necessary. Details of the benefits package will be shared in the application process.
