Summary: Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for preserving the condition and functionality of all Penny Lane premises. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine building Maintenance tasks. The Maintenance Technician is a reliable, punctual, self-motivated problem solver. Manual dexterity, physical stamina and the willingness to work a flexible schedule are essential. The Maintenance Technician is thorough and professional with a practical mind. Requirements:
Position Location: North Hills, CA (Will require travel to other office locations: North Hollywood, Commerce, and Lancaster). Salary Range: $20.65 - $25.17 per hour SIGN ON BONUS: $3,000 (Issued in two installments: $1,500 upon date of hire and $1,500 upon successfully completing the six month introductory period).
