We are hiring a Bilingual Collections Representative for our partner company. We are eagerly searching for someone who can communicate effectively in written and verbal form, multi-task, and prioritize their time efficiently. If this sounds like you, keep reading for more!

Pay: $15 per hour

1st Shift Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Requirements: Bilingual in Spanish and 1 year of related experience

Bilingual Collections Representative Responsibilities:



  • Communicating with consumers regarding delinquent accounts.
  • Input detailed summaries of each call made.
  • Meet assigned production standards.
  • Collaborate with management to resolve any escalated issues.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
