We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business. Banker Foundations Trainees complete mandatory and elective rotations over the course of 18 - 20 months. These areas of the bank include retail, credit, lending, IT, HR, wealth management, treasury/investor relations, marketing, accounting/finance/tax, mortgage and credit card. The goal of the program is to train high potential talent for key areas of the bank. Upon successfully completing the program, trainees are usually placed in a permanent job area based on mutual interest and the needs of the bank Essential Duties and Responsibilities
