This full-time seasonal position works mid October through mid January with a flexible shift working mid day into the evening and a pay rate of $14.00/hour. Job Objective: This full-time temporary role assists the Volunteer Specialist with the daily operations of the Red Kettle Campaign. Christmas positions are temporary and are not entitled to benefits. The position will work during the months of October through January, however, hours of work may vary and are not guaranteed. The Salvation Army, as a church, is exempt from participation in federal and state unemployment insurance programs. Upon termination, employees are not eligible for Unemployment Compensation. Minimum Qualifications:
The requirements listed below are representative of the minimal education, experience, skills, and/or abilities required for this position. Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience: One year experience in an office environment requiring attention to detail and organizational skills. - OR - Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Certifications: Applicant must possess a valid Wisconsin Driver's License with clearance to drive from The Salvation Army's insurance carrier. Skills/Abilities:

Travel: Regular local travel to kettle sites and other locations throughout the Greater Green Bay area will be required. Working Conditions: Some of the duties of this job will be performed indoors under normal room temperatures. The noise level will generally be low. While performing other duties of the role, the employee will have exposure to outdoor weather conditions prevalent at the time, including driving after dark and in potentially inclement weather.
