SUD Case Manager Psych-ZSFG-Adult-AHP Full Time 81700BR Job Summary The SUD Case Manager position is part of the Behavioral Health Services team at the 1930 Market Street Service Center and is responsible for providing case management services to individuals and groups who have substance use disorders, potential co-occurring mental health disorders and/or are living with HIV/AIDS. This position is part of a larger multidisciplinary behavioral health services team that includes psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, therapists, substance use counselors, case managers and psychologists. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $29.79 - $38.74 (Hourly Rate). We provide psychotherapy, substance-use counseling, case management, support groups, psychiatry, sexual health services, clinical traineeship, and provider education and training. Our multi-disciplinary staff are a client-centered, collaborative, Harm Reduction-oriented team. We have continued to grow as a community-based clinic by anticipating and addressing the changing needs of our LGBTQ+ and HIV community members for more than 40 years. Our process of continuous improvement of service to our community includes a strong focus on cultural humility and anti-racist service provision. Required Qualifications * Possession of a bachelor's degree in social work from a program approved by the Council on Social Work Education, or a bachelor's degree in a related field, and one year of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience; and knowledge and abilities essential to the successful performance of the duties assigned to the position. Preferred Qualifications * Fluent in Spanish, with written and verbal proficiency and past professional experience utilizing Spanish in clinical work.
