WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING (ESSENTIAL DUTIES) ... The Director of Clinical Training and Fidelity is responsible for the Workforce Development Department's overall operation of NMH's clinical training and fidelity initiatives. This includes overseeing the development and implementation of workforce strategies, onboarding processes for clinical staff, and clinical training to support NMH's mission, values, and quality person-centered behavioral health services. The position will provide system re-engineering, technical assistance, training, mentoring, coaching, implementation planning and oversight of NMH's Evidence-Based Practice fidelity needs. The Director will also lead initiatives to promote clinical staff retention, professional development, and organizational culture. Essential Duties:
