The Department of Community Practice

Job Description

Come join our team to support and drive improvement for the Department of Community Practice in Jefferson City, MO. Its primary purpose is to assist in the administrative functions of all Department of Community Practice business and support the Chair, Vice Chair and other Administrative staff to complete accurate and organized functions of the Business Unit.

Opportunity highlights:

* Assist with credentialing of staff providers
* Assist practitioners with various compliance and regulatory requirements.
* Coordinate Student Learner rotations
* Maintain Practitioner files
* Meeting prep, planning agendas, minutes for various Department of Community Practice meetings.
* Manage calendars for Department of Community Practice
* Initiates and completes cover sheets and other request for locum provider coverage
* Other duties as assigned.

Capital Region Medical Center is a full-service health care system that encompasses a full-service acute care hospital, the area's most expansive clinic system, a state-of-the-art Cancer Program at the Goldschmidt Cancer Center, a hospital based fitness facility, home health agency and the only hospital-based inpatient rehabilitation center in the community. The hospital has 109 acute care beds and 14 rehabilitation beds. Referrals come from our 160+ employed providers who staff a system of 36 clinics in an 8-county service area of 225K people.

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 4 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

Anticipated Hiring Range

Hiring Range: $51,875 - $57,000
Grade: GGS-10
