We're seeking motivated individuals to join our School Based Team full time as a Substance Abuse Prevention Specialist. This is a great opportunity for those interested in or who have experience working with addictions. The position will provide the therapist with an opportunity to assist in curriculum development and implementation. This therapist will work in school settings facilitating substance abuse prevention groups in person with adolescents ranging from 12-18 years old. They will be responsible for administering substance abuse screeners, evaluation, and tracking client progress. The ideal applicant will have experience working with at risk youth, demonstrate comfortability facilitating groups of up to ten people, and have an interest in or working toward licensure in substance abuse therapy. To Succeed in this Role, You'll Need:
This is a full-time position, 10 or 12-month position, working Monday - Friday, with an annual salary of $65,000-$70,000, additional $5k for a LAC depending on experience and/or licensure. AllHealth Network also provides a 10% compensation differential for individuals who are bilingual in English and Spanish (language proficiency testing required). The base compensation range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network compensation range for this position. Actual compensation may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network mission and values. The wages provided here are just one component of AllHealth Networks' total compensation package for employees.
