About the Role:
The Franchise Sales Administration Specialist supports the company's franchise sales and growth strategies by managing administrative and operational functions related to franchise recruitment and development. Acting as a brand ambassador, the specialist assists in franchise candidate management, helps drive new franchise growth, and ensures a smooth process for prospective franchisees from initial contact to deal closure. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple responsibilities, including sales support, legal documentation, and tradeshow coordination, while maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:



  • Assist the team in franchise sales activities by managing lead qualification, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring timely follow-up with franchise prospects. Help vet franchise applicants and support franchise transactions. Manage New Restaurant Opening qualification for both new and existing franchisees. May travel to assess candidates and attend industry events.
  • Maintain and update the CRM, franchise sales pipelines, and other critical reports. Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales activity updates and reports, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate information flow and project management support.
  • Oversee logistics for franchise-related tradeshows and events, including coordinating booth materials, giveaways, registration, and shipping. Research new industry events for lead generation opportunities and assist with tradeshow follow-up activities.
  • Ensure adherence to legal requirements, including Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) distribution, franchise agreement renewals, and fee collections. Support the legal and development teams with franchise sales-related compliance and documentation.
  • Serve as a liaison between franchise candidates and various internal departments (operations, legal, administration). Actively engage with external franchise prospects to ensure a smooth recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Travel to and attendance at select FWH and territory meetings/training programs may be required. Willingness to travel if/when necessary.


Qualifications:



  • High School diploma required.
  • 3+ years in a similar role or industry and in a professional office environment. QSR experience highly preferred.
  • PC knowledge with the ability to use the following software programs: Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Access, Internet, Dropbox, Project Manager, etc. CRM System experience.
  • Tertiary level qualification. Working knowledge of current industry sales management practices, approaches, tools, resources and skills sets vital to all aspects of Franchise Development. A proven track record of demonstrated sales success in the franchise sales industry.
  • Experience working with individuals one-on-one and in small groups.
  • High degree of detail orientation and ability to work within time constraints. Must have strong organizational skills, multi-tasking skills, possess attention to detail, and should be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to adapt to different situations and personalities, while maintaining a degree of personal integrity, utilizing problem solving skills.
  • Must be able to work well independently to complete projects in a timely manner. Must also be able to work well with others on team projects.
  • Travel Requirement: up to 15%

Actual pay is determined based on a number of job-related factors including skills, education, training, credentials, qualifications, scope and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, performance, and working conditions.
