Overview Position Summary: Manages the overall operations, activities, and staff of assigned program site within direct area of responsibility. We are currenlty have an opening for a Program Manager position at our Adult Residential Program in Woodstwon, NJ. Responsibilities
Determine staffing requirements and in conjunction with the scheduling team, ensure that adequate staffing levels are maintained.
Qualifications Education & Experience: High school diploma with a minimum of three years of work experience providing direct service for persons with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities required. Prior supervisory experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in a related field highly preferred.
