Job Requirements Here's what requirements you'll need: High School Diploma 2 years of experience as an AV Technician 2 years of experience with AV/VTC equipment including Crestron Room Control and Cisco VTC 2 years of technical experience consisting of operating systems such as Windows, Unix/Linux, and Apple 2 years of experience with deliveries, terminations and setups Here's what sets you apart from other candidates that our clients prefer: You are a self starter and able to work independently or with a team's help.
You have a customer service-driven mindset and are comfortable supporting end users directly.
You are comfortable with live room debugging.
