The Business Platforms organization is at the forefront of developing cutting-edge technologies to improve the customer's experience with personalized and automated end-to-end digital journeys that enable Maersk customers to access standardized products and services seamlessly. The Platforms help enable Maersk's vision to be the Global Integrator of container logistics, connecting and simplifying customers' supply chains. As the Program Manager in Maersk Ground Freight and E-Commerce (MGFE), you will be an integral part of ensuring a streamlined day-to-day operating model for the platform and the MGFE leadership team. In this role, you will ensure that the operating system for the platform is running effectively from bi-weekly to quarterly engagements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the right tactical and strategic priorities are discussed, and you will apply your structured mindset and rigor to ensure that actions are effectively captured and addressed accordingly. In addition, you will work closely with a wide variety of with cross-functional and cross-regional teams across Maersk, to drive business outcomes, reducing issues, driving transparency and accountability across teams, and more in a data-driven manner. Pay Range: $115,000 - $140,000 USD* *The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
