Are you a current undergraduate student looking for an exciting summer opportunity? Savvas Learning Company is seeking undergraduate students who want to join our Summer Product Development internship program in Northbrook, IL. Our internship program is eight weeks long and is a great opportunity for students to gain valuable experience. During the program, participants will receive guidance from top teams in the K-12 education field, work on real-life business projects, attend weekly informational sessions to learn about other business areas, network with other students, attend off-site events, and finally, present a project to Savvas' senior leaders at the end of the summer to showcase the impact you've made on our business. As an Editorial Intern, you will use your educational background and on-the-job training to assist in the development process for your assigned content area to create innovative instructional materials for use in K-12 schools. The Intern will have manageable assignments, support diverse programs, experience a variety of editorial tasks, and contribute meaningfully to the development of K-12 educational materials. Our internship positions are full-time opportunities, 40 hours per week, requiring a hybrid work schedule, 2 days onsite, in our Northbrook, IL office. You'll typically be onsite on Wednesdays and another day as determined by you and your mentor during the first week of the program. As an Editorial Intern for our Humanities content development team, you will use your educational background, in combination with on-the-job training, in the development process for innovative instructional materials for use in K-12 schools. The Intern will have manageable assignments on various Humanities programs to experience a variety of editorial tasks and contribute meaningfully to the development of K-12 educational materials.
