Key Account Manager - Bilingual (English/Spanish) - Northeast USA

In this role, you are responsible for generating new agent network relationships and managing existing agent relationships for Western Union to align with delivering on sales goals.

Role Responsibilities



  • Generating new agent network relationships, including any multi state opportunity within the defined geographic area. This includes Omni channel opportunities which include Retail, Digital, and hybrid opportunities and new contract negotiations.
  • Maintaining and managing existing network relationships, including contract renewals, business support and network performance monitoring.
  • The Position will act as a consultant role in order to manage, cross sell products, and grow revenue and transactions while maximizing profitability of each network.
  • Interact with other areas in the creation and execution of business development programs, marketing strategies, events, implementations, and other assigned initiatives.
  • Generate and analyze reports to anticipate opportunities and risks.
  • Sell entire Western Union portfolio brands and services.
  • Day-to-day operation support for accounts within regional territory.
  • Accountable for meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.


Role Requirements



  • 5 - 7 years of experience in previous sales and relationship management.
  • Perform sales within the field to meet and exceed transaction and revenue growth objectives in your assigned area.
  • Hunting mindset with executive presence.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage portfolio of accounts and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and receiving positive customer feedback.
  • Experience in the check cashing industry highly preferred.
  • Bilingual/bi-cultural experience is highly desired.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License is required as this position requires regular travel within a defined region.
  • Prior money transfer or financial services experience is preferred.

Salary
The on-target earnings range is $108,875-141,000 USD per year, which includes a base salary and commission that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
