Summary Save the Children Action Network ("SCAN") - a 501(c)(4) organization - is the political advocacy arm of Save the Children, building bipartisan support to make sure every child has a strong start in life. We're doing this by advocating for high-quality early learning, ending child hunger in the U.S. and educating and protecting kids around the word. SCAN works to create systemic change, one way we do this is by elevating diverse youth voices to drive meaningful policy change and support Save the Children's programs benefiting children in the U.S. and around the world. The Student Engagement Senior Advisor will lead the design and execution of strategies to engage high school and college students in SCAN's political advocacy campaigns, that support Save the Children's mission. In this role, you will be instrumental in growing and enhancing the SCUS and SCAN school club programs, while directly managing both the Student Alumni program and the National Youth Champions program. The salary ranges listed above are for US based candidates. For candidates located outside of the US, salary ranges will be based on the salary scales of the local employer of record. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, base salary of internal peers, business sector, and geographic location (more information on job structure is available here). Employee may be eligible for an incentive program.
