Position Summary A Medical Technologist in Clinical Genomics is expected to perform 1) clinical diagnostic testing which includes DNA sequence data analysis from high-complexity tests such as the solid tumor sequencing panel, the hematologic malignancies sequencing panel, and clinical exome sequencing; 2) perform variant curation and interpretation, develop protocols for variant curation and classification; and 3) participate in new test developments and clinical research projects. Perform CLIA clinical diagnostic testing with a variety of tests of a moderately or highly complex nature on patient and quality control samples for molecular pathology procedures.
