HARIBO of America is continuing to grow! The Director of Display Excellencewill lead the in-store display strategy for HARIBO across all retail channels - Convenience, Grocery, Food, Mass, Club, Value, Drug, Alternative Channels and more. Reporting to the VP of Marketing and working closely with the Sales team, the Brand Marketing team, the Co-Packing team, the Trade Marketing team, and our Commercialization team, the Director of Display Excellence will bring marketing programs to life through store merchandising displays at stores nationwide.
Located on-site at the HARIBO of America corporate office in Rosemont, Illinois, the ideal Director of Display Excellencewill have 10+ years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Good industry with experience brining store display ideas to life that drive product sales. This person will have strong data and analytics skills utilizing POS sales data and other forms of syndicated data such as IRI, Circana, Nielsen, with the ability to create compelling selling stores - using data to tell the story. Additionally, this person will have a Bachelor's Degree, or higher, level of completed education and the ability to travel with overnights stays up to 25% of the time.
