DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION As part of a triad leadership model of operational/administrative, nursing, and physician leadership serves as the operational leader for the ambulatory locations of patient care operations. Establishes and develops effective working relationships with community partners, MU Health Care staff, and University of Missouri System Leaders to affect change for successful operations. Fosters a culture of teamwork, open communication, and collaboration among staff and departments. PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met with or without reasonable accommodation. The performance of these physical demands is an essential function of the job. The employee may be required ambulate, remain in a stationary position and position self to reach and/or move objects above the shoulders and below the knees.
