Astound Broadband is seeking to fill a Broadband Technician Lead position for our Garberville, CA office. The Broadband Technician Lead is responsible for residential and commercial installation, service and repair, and disconnections for data, video, and phone on the customer premises with a high level of focus on customer service, customer education, and quality of work. This role will be responsible for ensuring and recording correct RF signal levels. The Broadband Technical Lead is required to communicate with leadership and dispatch, as well as assist supervisors and technicians with escalations and specialized work orders, or any other supervisory duties as needed. This role participates in a 24/7 on-call rotation. Where you will work:
